We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a complaint, please email us first; we reply within two business days. Consumers in Denmark can also complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) via Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk. The EU online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
